Beyond being a live venue and promoter, The Bunkhouse also plays a key role in managing and delivering creative projects across South Wales and beyond.

With years of experience in grassroots music and event production, our team leads on a wide range of projects from education courses and workshop programmes, to music industry training, artist development, and community-focused initiatives.

We’ve worked closely with organisations such as Creative Wales, UWTSD, Gower College Swansea, Swansea Council, Creative Swansea, Swansea Arena, and Creative West Wales to deliver everything from multi-week music business courses to one-off workshops, school sessions, and full-scale creative campaigns.

Our team brings a start-to-finish project management approach, developing concepts, planning delivery, coordinating tutors, liaising with venues and funders, and ensuring every detail is taken care of. We’re known for being practical, responsive, and grounded in real-world experience.

We also offer artist and event management support, helping emerging talent navigate the early stages of their careers, from gig bookings and promotional planning to release strategies and live logistics.
